Crystal Fambrini enjoys finding the best homes and income properties for her star roster. From starter homes to estates, Crystal works with her clients to make the best deals here in California as well as works with her network of realtors throughout the United States. Her experience with flipping homes, property management, and events allows her to step in and work with her clients in a variety of areas. In 2024, she successfully flipped a house in Northern California for record breaking profit, redid a multi million dollar house in The Hollywood Hills, found and secured several deals for her clients, and continues to oversee multiple estates in the 8 figures. She grew up being mentored by her father, a successful Northern California property investor and contractor and started managing her family’s income properties and tenants at an early age. Crystal is a licensed realtor in the state of California and is a member of the Malibu Association of Realtors. 

In addition to real estate, Crystal is a well-known award-winning TV host, journalist and producer, established signed commercial model and impactful do-good entrepreneur. You can currently watch Crystal on CNBC on "America's Next Investment." She graduated with honors and was awarded “most outstanding student” of San Diego State University with a B.S in Television, Film, and New Media and a Minor in French. Her hobbies include professional chef, pilates and fitness expert, and certified Scuba diver. She is a world traveller and calls Venice, California her home with her 12 year old star rescue pup Sunny.
